Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers and project teams on programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents as directed.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues.
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
  • Comply with quality control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are in place.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Professional Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and other relevant graphic tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple aspects of client, team and consultant coordination.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues.
  • Direct the production of all aspects of the project with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications in compliance with the project scope.
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, resources and project budget.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are in place.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Professional Degree in Architecture.
  • Architectural registration required. LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit is required. Experience with Newforma is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures.
  • Experience in all phases of pre-design, project design and construction administration.
  • Have a strong passion for design.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Architectural Construction Documents from rough sketches or from General Architectural Design information.
  • Maintain log of work performed and effectively track time, in order to maintain project budgets and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project teams.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of Revit. The ideal candidate will have working experience and be able to think critically in order to complete design tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to take ownership of the construction documentation process and the resulting finished product. The candidate will be expected to be task driven and excel at meeting deadlines by utilizing good communication and prioritization skills, and use time effectively.

  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Professional Associate Degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, comfortable with clean-up and using for backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit is required. Experience with Newforma is preferred.
  • Construction knowledge a plus, ability to understand basic constructability is necessary.
  • Willingness to learn ADA Standards and NC Building codes.
  • Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with project team and possibly clients.
